Morgan came into Friday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They took down the Old Saybrook Rams 59-44 on Friday. The Huskies' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Morgan's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Old Saybrook, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Morgan and Branford will round out the year against one another at at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. Branford knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Morgan likes a good challenge. As for Old Saybrook, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Wheeler at 12:30 p.m. on Monday.
