Not much got past  Jayson Ingles, who gave up just  two  hits and racked up nine Ks to keep East Carter off the board. Ingles has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in three consecutive appearances.

Rowan County is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-11 record  this season.
