Winnacunnet faced Salem in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Salem came out on top against Winnacunnet by a score of 20-13 on Friday.
The win bumped Salem's record up to 5-2. The loss dropped Winnacunnet's record to 5-2.
Salem will take on Spaulding at home at 7:00 PM next week. Unlike Salem, Spaulding will be limping in after taking a loss. As for Winnacunnet, they will face off against Timberlane.
