The Tri-Central Trojans will head out on the road to face off against the Frontier Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Tri-Central will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.
Last Friday, Tri-Central beat Clinton Central 21-14.
The critical scores for Tri-Central came from Brody Arnold, Owen Tolle, and Jacob Cline.
Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Frontier ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, they made off with a 21-20 victory over South Newton. The score was all tied up 8-8 at the break, but Frontier was the better team in the second half.
Their wins bumped Tri-Central to 3-6 and Frontier to 5-4.
