Jamestown may have come out ahead in their last match, but they shouldn't get too cocky given who is up next. On Saturday they take on St. Mary's Central at Bismarck Community Bowl at 1:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close game.
Jamestown made easy work of Turtle Mountain last week and carried off a 46-14 victory.
Meanwhile, it was a close one, but St. Mary's Central sidestepped Devils Lake/Minnewaukan for a 17-15 win.
Their wins bumped Jamestown to 2-2 and St. Mary's Central to 4-0. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Jamestown and St. Mary's Central clash.
