After only 25 points in their last contest, Litchfield made sure to put some points up on the board against Tekonsha on Thursday. Litchfield simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Tekonsha 57-20 at home. With Litchfield ahead 37-10 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Meanwhile, Jackson Christian scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Tekonsha as Jackson Christian made off with a 52-26 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Jackson Christian has posted yet this season.
Litchfield's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Jackson Christian, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.
Litchfield beat Jackson Christian 32-24 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Litchfield since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
