The Campus International Trailblazers will head out on the road to face off against the John Marshall Lawyers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Campus International kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They were beaten by Max S. Hayes 61-15.
Meanwhile, after only ten points in their last game, John Marshall made sure to put some points up on the board against East Tech on Tuesday. John Marshall breezed by East Tech at home to the tune of 56-13.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead John Marshall to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jayleena Orozco, who scored 17 points along with 5 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Orozco has scored at least 25% of John Marshall's points. Another player making a difference was Ariella Parrish, who scored 13 points.
Campus International's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for John Marshall, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
Campus International took a serious blow against John Marshall in their previous matchup back in November of 2022, falling 47-19. Can Campus International avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
