Northeast and Fort Myers squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Northeast had to settle for second. They lost 14-4 to the Green Wave. The Vikings' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Northeast saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ana Davis, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Fort Myers, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-6-1 record this season.

Northeast does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Myers, they will face off against North Fort Myers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
