The Croton-Harmon Tigers managed to keep up with the Ossining Pride until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Croton-Harmon suffered a rough 69-45 loss at the hands of Ossining.
Ossining's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Zoey Jowers led the charge by scoring 29 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Jowers has scored all season. Claire Schnecker was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with eight assists and four blocks.
Croton-Harmon's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Ossining, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season.
Croton-Harmon the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Irvington at 12:15 p.m. on January 20th. As for Ossining, they will head out on the road to face off against Greeley at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
