Raleigh Charter's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-8. As for East Wake Academy, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.
Raleigh Charter was able to grind out a solid win over the Eagles when the teams last played back in January, winning 43-31. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was East Wake Academy's Emma Roche, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 rebounds.
