Wakulla's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kyendra Thomas, who scored 13 points along with 8 rebounds and 7 steals. The match was Thomas' fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Amariyah Donaldson, who scored 8 points along with 13 rebounds and 4 blocks.
Gadsden County's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Wakulla, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gadsden County will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Suwannee at 6:00 p.m. on December 12th. As for Wakulla, they will square off against Chiles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Chiles is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
