Meanwhile, Ayersville beat Stryker 37-24 on Saturday. Ayersville pushed the score to 33-11 by the end of the third, a deficit Stryker cut but never quite recovered from.
Ayersville had a senior duo take command as Ally Schindler scored 12 points along with five rebounds and four steals and Taylor Craft scored six points along with ten rebounds and five blocks. Schindler is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 11 games she's played. Kendra Waldron was another key contributor, scoring six points along with five rebounds.
Continental dropped their record down to 0-20 with that loss, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Ayersville, their victory bumped their record up to 19-1.
