Harriton took  a  three-set  loss the last time they faced off against Conestoga, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Rams skirted past the Pioneers  3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Rams sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
 The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Harriton who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 23-25, 25-17, 23-25,  15-10.
 Sara Ramirez paced Harriton's offense, picking up 15 kills. Ramirez got some help from  Mila Ritchie and her 36 assists.  Ava Katrinak controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
 Despite the  defeat, Conestoga saw an underclassman step up: freshman  Julia Long  had 19  digs.  Harper Mayes also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  block of the season.
Harriton now  has a winning record of 11-10. As for Conestoga, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-18 record  this season.
 Harriton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  3-0  win against Norristown on the 15th. Conestoga does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
