Luke Herr was a major factor in Solanco's victory over Octorara Area on Friday. Herr was dynamite, not allowing a single earned run over six innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Solanco is 6-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 3-5 otherwise.
