After flying high against the Tyler Legacy Raiders last Tuesday, the Rockwall-Heath Hawks came back down to earth. Rockwall-Heath took a 52-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jaguars on Tuesday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Rockwall-Heath has scored all season.
Rockwall-Heath's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Cooper Smith, who scored 15 points, and Sarger Barron who scored nine points along with two steals. Another player making a difference was Grayson Dorsey, who scored eight points.
Rockwall-Heath's loss dropped their record down to 20-9. As for Horn, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-11 record this season.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Royse City the next time they take the court. Rockwall-Heath will host the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Jaguars will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
