Hemet extended their winning streak to 13 games thanks to a huge performance from Quinton Skinner. The Hemet Bulldogs came out on top against the Perris Panthers by a score of 67-56 on Tuesday thanks in part to Skinner, who went 10 of 15 on his way to 26 points and seven boards.
