Pierce Burris posted a new career-high in stolen bases on Wednesday. He scored three runs and stole four bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. He is becoming a predictor of Rye's success: when he posts at least two stolen bases the team is undefeated (and 7-10 when he doesn't).
