There's no place like home for the Fremont Silverwolves, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 67-55 victory over Farmington on Tuesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Fremont was led to victory by Easton Duft and Tyler Allen. Duft scored 13 points along with five assists, while Allen went 6 for 9 from beyond the arc en route to 22 points and 0 assists. Another player making a difference was Ryker Saunders, who scored six points.
Fremont's win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Farmington, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-8 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fremont will take on Weber at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Weber knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past 15 games -- so hopefully Fremont likes a good challenge. As for Farmington, they will be playing at home against Layton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Layton will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Farmington surely won't give up without a fight.
