Softball Recap: Milton Has No Trouble Against Janesville Craig

Milton won the last time they faced Janesville Craig and things went their way on Saturday too. The Red Hawks blew past the Cougars 19-2. The result was nothing new for the Red Hawks, who have now won four matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Milton has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Janesville Craig, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coincidentally, Milton and Janesville Craig will both be playing Elkhorn the next time they take the field. The Cougars will head out to face the Elks on Saturday, while the Red Hawks will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
