The Tuttle Tigers stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They breezed by Ada at home to the tune of 64-27. The win was nothing new for Tuttle as they're now sitting on four straight.
Tuttle found their leader in underclassman Marissa Sandlin, who scored 19 points along with five steals. Allie Rehl was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Despite the loss, Ada saw an underclassman step up: Ava Campos scored eight points.
Ada struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Tuttle pushed their record up to 16-6 with that victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points per game. As for Ada, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-13.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tuttle will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Ada at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Ada, they will be playing at home against Seminole at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Ada focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 on Tuesday.
