After soaring to 35 points the game before, The Penns Valley Area Rams were a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They took a serious blow against Tyrone, falling 35-7. Penns Valley Area was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-0.
When it comes to explaining why Penns Valley Area lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ty Watson. Despite the final result, he rushed for 179 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. Watson is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last six games he's played.
Tyrone's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ashton Walk led the charge by throwing for 360 yards and four touchdowns on only 17 passes. Another player making a difference was Andrew Weaver, who picked up 220 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Penns Valley Area has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season. As for Tyrone, the victory was the fifth in a row for they, bringing their record for this year to 6-3.

That game will pit two of the most dominant backs against one another: Grady Snyder and Watson. As for Tyrone, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Forest Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Forest Hills is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
