Gunnison Valley has struggled against North Sevier recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Gunnison Valley's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Rylee Bartholomew, who scored 16 points along with nine rebounds, and Bryler Blackburn who scored six points along with five steals. The match was Bartholomew's fourth in a row with at least ten points.
Gunnison Valley has not been sharp recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season. As for North Sevier, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gunnison Valley will take on Duchesne at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
