The Brazosport Exporters stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Stafford 64-35 at home. The victory was familiar territory for Brazosport who now have five in a row.
Brazosport's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Deja El Amin, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds. El Amin has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last ten times she's played. Another player making a difference was Ahmasia Brown, who scored 22 points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
Brazosport pushed their record up to 23-5 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Stafford, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-17.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Iowa Colony the next time they take the court. Brazosport will head out to face Iowa Colony at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Stafford will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
