On Friday Storm Lake take on Denison-Schleswig at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close match.
Storm Lake took a serious blow against Spencer last Friday, falling 0-35. Storm Lake were down by 0-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, Denison-Schleswig came up short against Bishop Heelan Catholic, falling 20-30. This makes it the second loss in a row for Denison-Schleswig.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
