This season hasn't been kind to the Lisbon Greyhounds, who are still winless after their fourth game. They fell to Boothbay 50-45. Lisbon lost against Boothbay in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 55-44 score last time.
Boothbay had a senior duo take command as Luke Morley scored 20 points along with nine rebounds and Finn Harkins dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. That's the first time this season that Morley pulled down eight or more rebounds.
Lisbon's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-4. As for Boothbay, their win bumped their record up to 1-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lisbon will square off against Fryeburg at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Boothbay, they will head out on the road to face off against Waynflete at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Waynflete is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.
