CHESS Christian kept a clean sheet against Hillsboro Christian Academy on Monday. They put the hurt on the Crusaders with a sharp 10-0 win. CHESS Christian might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by four goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Hillsboro Christian Academy from everywhere, as eight different players booted in a goal. Silas Kempe led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

The victory (which was CHESS Christian's third in a row) raised their record to 5-2-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three contests. As for Hillsboro Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.
