The Forest Hills Rangers pushed their score all the way to 75 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 80-75 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bowne. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Monday (67), Forest Hills still had to take the loss.
Khaleel Williams-Mitchell continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Bowne, almost dropping a double-double on 30 points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Christopher Judge, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and six assists.
Forest Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Bowne, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-4.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Campus Magnet the next time they take the court. Bowne will host Campus Magnet at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Forest Hills will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
