It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Saint James had no problem doing just that on Monday. They never let the Alabama Christian Academy Eagles get on the board and left with an 11-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won 24 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Saint James' victory was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 47-7. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Alabama Christian Academy, they now have a losing record of 20-21.
