St. Elizabeth's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Noah Chipman, who scored 15 points along with six assists and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Chipman has scored all season. NIck Heckemeyer was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Chamois' defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for St. Elizabeth, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.
Chamois will be playing in front of their home fans against Missouri Military Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Elizabeth, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Linn at 6:00 p.m. on February 9th. Linn is coming into the game with five straight defeats at home, meaning St. Elizabeth will have to defend against a team hungry for a victory.
