The Batavia Bulldogs stacked a 13th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 67-13 win over Glenbard North. The victory was nothing new for Batavia as they're now sitting on eight straight.
Brooke Carlson was her usual excellent self, scoring 12 points along with seven steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last eight games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Hallie Crane, who scored ten points.
Batavia is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 24-5 record this season. As for Glenbard North, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-26.
Batavia will be playing in front of their home fans against Central at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Batavia's favor as the squad sits on 12 straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Central has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road. As for Glenbard North, they will take on Bartlett at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Glenbard North comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 20 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
