The Union Yellowjackets will head out on the road to take on the Eupora Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Union is coming into the match hot, having won their last ten games.
Last Friday, Union was able to grind out a solid victory over Philadelphia, taking the game 64-51.
It was another big night for Rymia Craft, who scored 30 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kylee Madden, who scored 16 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Eupora came up short against Philadelphia last Friday and fell 50-41.
Union pushed their record up to 14-3 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.6 points per game. As for Eupora, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.
Union beat Eupora 49-39 when the teams last played on January 5th. The rematch might be a little tougher for Union since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
