The Thunder Ridge Longhorns scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 55-15 win over Southern Cloud co-op [Miltonvale/Glasco]. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Thunder Ridge has managed all season.
Kamryn Rietzke was her usual excellent self, scoring 23 points along with six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Gianna Hoersdig was another key contributor, scoring six points along with five steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Thunder Ridge and bumps their season record up to 6-2. As for Southern Cloud co-op [Miltonvale/Glasco], they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
Thunder Ridge is on the road again on Tuesday and plays the Tigers on January 30th. St. John is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. As for Southern Cloud co-op [Miltonvale/Glasco], they will face off against the Bulldogs at TBD on Tuesday. Osborne presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Warriors in Kansas (the Bulldogs are ranked 84th, while the Warriors are ranked 356th).
