Archie Williams played a tough  contest  on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were  outmatched by the San Rafael Bulldogs and fell  42-14. The Peregrine Falcons haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
 San Rafael had a senior duo take command as  Lachlan Royston threw for 312 yards and six  TDs and  Jameson Fondnazio picked up 104 receiving yards and four  touchdowns. Thanks to that big game,  Royston is now up to 20  passing touchdowns on the season. Another player making a difference was  Derek Dugan, who picked up 126 receiving yards and one  score.
Archie Williams'  defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-3. As for San Rafael, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Archie Williams will have a little extra prep time after the  loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sonoma Valley at 2:00  p.m.  on  the 25th. As for San Rafael, they will challenge Piner at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
