Perhaps the best among them was Laila Harrison, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kailee Bransford, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds.
Mount Notre Dame's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-3. As for Mason, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-2.
Mount Notre Dame will head out on the road to take on Ursuline Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ursuline Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 424th, while Mount Notre Dame is ranked eighth). As for Mason, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Colerain at 7:30 p.m. Colerain is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.
