Basketball Recap: Ezequeil Cosme's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Mastery over Cherry Hill West

Mastery was the 63-58 winner over Cherry Hill West when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Mastery Warrior lost to the Cherry Hill West Lions on the road by a 62-43 margin on Thursday. The contest marked the Warrior's lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Several Warrior players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ezequeil Cosme, who posted 16 points and six rebounds. Cosme is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. Jo'Shawn Jackson was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Mastery now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Cherry Hill West, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
