Lakeview has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will  take on The Franklin Knights at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Last Friday, Lakeview got themselves on the board against Reynolds, but Reynolds never followed suit. They really took it to the Raiders for the full four quarters, racking up a  37-0 win at home. The result was nothing new for Lakeview, who have now won four matches by 20  points or more  so far this season.
 It was another big night for  Mitchell Tingley, who rushed for 203 yards and  a touchdown on only 14 carries. Tingley hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for three straight games.  Aiden Osborne also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
 Meanwhile, Franklin earned a  27-14 win over Conneaut Area  on Friday. The  win was just what Franklin needed coming off of a  65-6 defeat in their prior  matchup.
  Cole Buckley was a one-man wrecking crew for Franklin as he rushed for 201 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.6 yards per carry. Buckley's longest rush was for an incredible 76 yards.
 Lakeview's victory  bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Franklin, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 3-6 record this season.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of  Friday's  match:  Lakeview has been on an offensive roll this season,  having  averaged 355.6  total yards per game. It's a different story for Franklin, though, as   they've been averaging  only 235  per game. Will Lakeview be able to march up the field at their leisure again, or will Franklin flip the ?
 Everything came up roses for Lakeview against Franklin in their previous meeting  back in October of 2022 as the  squad secured a  35-8 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lakeview since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
