Ogallala hadn't done well against Scottsbluff recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Ogallala Indians were the clear victor by a 59-35 margin over the Scottsbluff Bearcats. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 24 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ogallala to victory, but perhaps none more so than Laney Caskey, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. Aniston O'Neil was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 18 points and nine boards.

Ogallala smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in 14 consecutive contests.

Ogallala's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.7 points per game. As for Scottsbluff, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.

Ogallala has already played their next game, a 67-24 win against Alliance on the 24th. As for Scottsbluff, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 74-46 loss against Gering on the 25th.
