Taft put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Santiam Christian Eagles, sneaking past 6-4. That's two games straight that the Tigers have won by exactly two runs.
Lonnie West made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits.
