The Advanced Math & Science Academy Eagles gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They snuck past Hopedale with a 37-33 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Advanced Math & Science Academy also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Advanced Math & Science Academy pushed their record up to 1-0 with that win, which was their third straight at home dating back to last season. As for Hopedale, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Advanced Math & Science Academy will take on Nipmuc Regional at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hopedale, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Blackstone Valley RVT at 6:30 p.m.
