Bogalusa have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will take on Sumner at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. Bogalusa are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.
It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Bogalusa ultimately got the result it was hoping for two weeks ago. They secured a 18-12 W over Loranger. Bogalusa are sitting pretty right now with three consecutive wins.
Last Friday, Sumner narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Loranger 6-3. The success made it back-to-back wins for Sumner.
Their wins bumped Bogalusa to 4-3 and Sumner to 5-3. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Bogalusa and Sumner clash.
