Even though MHS led by 27 entering the fourth quarter, it poured the points on, scoring 14 in the quarter.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 21-0 win for the Warriors.
The win brought Montoursville's winning streak to four games. The loss was the fourth in a row for Hughesville (Pa.).
