The Southridge Spartans put another one in the bag  on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by Palmetto at home  to the tune of  55-17. Considering Southridge has won four matches by more than 27  points this season,  Monday's blowout was nothing new.
 It was another big night for  Shanaii Gamble, who  scored 26 points along with seven  rebounds and four  steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which  she has scored at least 25% of Southridge's points.  Dianka Hardisson was another key contributor,  scoring 12 points along with three  steals.
 When it comes to explaining why Palmetto lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Ale Falcon. Despite the final result, she  scored ten points. The  matchup was  Falcon's sixth in a row with at least ten points.
 Southridge's win was  their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 8-0. They've been dominating during the  contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 27.11 points. As for Palmetto, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southridge will  take on South Dade at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. As for Palmetto, they will head out on the road to face off against Coral Gables at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Coral Gables comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
