Three Rivers recap November 5, 2013
Southwood added to the longest winning streak in Three Rivers this week by beating Southern Wells, 42-22. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
Southwood took down the Raiders 42-22 last week, the largest margin of any game. Robbie Cole threw for 209 yards and 2 touchdowns during the win.
Tippecanoe Valley's Ben Shriver and Tanner Andrews have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-1 quarterback Shriver has thrown for 2,296 yards this season, while Andrews has 53 catches for 1,144 yards. Nathan Hollars from Dave Snyder's team leads the league in rushing with 1,799 yards.
Entering into this week's contest against South Adams, Cole is short just 82 passing yards to break 2,000 on the season. Accruing a total of 24 touchdowns this year, Cole has thrown for 1,918 yards with 18 interceptions.
Tanner Hughes has rushed for 994 yards on 162 carries so far this year.
