The Suwannee Bulldogs lost against the Columbia Tigers back in January of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Suwannee had to suffer through a rough 75-48 loss at the hands of Columbia. Suwannee has struggled against Columbia recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Zavian Douglas was the offensive standout of the game as he dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 rebounds. Justice Kelly was another key contributor, scoring 10 points.
Suwannee now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Columbia, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Suwannee will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Godby at 7:30 p.m. Godby is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for Columbia, they will head out on the road to face off against Gainesville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
