Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will face off against The American Heritage Stallions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Florida (Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy is ranked 334th, while American Heritage is ranked 338th).
After soaring to 45 points the game before, Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy were a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They fell 20-7 to Melbourne Central Catholic.
Meanwhile, American Heritage's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They suffered a rough 35-14 defeat at the hands of Somerset Academy - Canyons. The matchup was a 14-14 toss-up at halftime, but American Heritage couldn't answer the 21 points Somerset Academy - Canyons scored afterwards.
American Heritage's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Sean Siska, who threw for 254 yards on 17 of 26 attempts, and Micheal Manna who picked up 95 receiving yards and a touchdown. Manna's longest reception was for an incredible 80 yards.
The losses dropped Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy to 6-2 and American Heritage to 3-4.
Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy might still be hurting after the 35-14 defeat they got from American Heritage when the teams last played back in August of 2018. Can Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
