Austin won the last time they faced San Elizario and Joel Castaneda did his part to make sure it happened again. The Panthers took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 48-7 victory over the Eagles for which the team can thank Castaneda, who rushed for 102 yards and one TD. His longest rush was for an incredible 77 yards.

Austin is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 35.3 points over those games. As for San Elizario, they dropped their record down to 2-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Austin will square off against Randall at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders' defense has only allowed 14.8 points per game this season, so the Panthers' offense will have their work cut out for them. San Elizario does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
