After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Cross, Christchurch School was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They snuck past the Southwest Virginia Academy Conquerors with a 73-68 win. The Seahorses' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Southwest Virginia Academy still got an impressive performance from Gabriel Bishop, who went 11 of 20 on his way to 31 points. Bishop's afternoon made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Josiah Bishop, who went 6 of 11 on his way to 16 points.

The victory got Christchurch School back to even at 3-3. As for Southwest Virginia Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-3 record this season.

Christchurch School has already played their next matchup, a 56-31 win against Life Christian Academy on the 11th. Southwest Virginia Academy has also already played their next contest, an 81-44 defeat against North Cross on the 13th.
