The result was an unpleasant reminder to Glascock County of the 84-26 loss they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture back in January.
Hancock Central's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bryston Reynolds, who scored 13 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Reynolds has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaylen Burton, who scored 13 points.
Glascock County dropped their record down to 0-18 with that loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Hancock Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glascock County will square off against the Warriors at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Hancock Central, they will head out on the road to challenge the Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
