Lexington waltzed into their matchup on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 4-3 W against the May River Sharks.

Lexington's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for May River, with the loss, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-4.

Coincidentally, Lexington and May River will both be playing Hanahan the next time they take the field. The Wildcats will head out to face the Hawks at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Sharks will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
