The biggest upset of the week belonged to Quincy, who took down 30th ranked Hingham, 42-39.
Duxbury extended the longest winning streak in Patriot - Keenan this week by beating Silver Lake Regional, 49-13. The victory was the ninth in a row for the Dragons.
Whitman-Hanson Regional's Thomas Sapienza and Dondre James have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Sapienza has thrown for 832 yards this season, while James, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 22 catches for 515 yards. Jon Hurvitz from Duxbury leads the league in rushing with 798 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Dave Maimaron's team takes on the Panthers. At the moment, the Dragons are in first, while Whitman-Hanson Regional is in third.
There should be lots of points scored when Duxbury and Mike Driscoll's team face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Dragons comes in having scored 262 this season, while the Panthers have scored 128. Duxbury scored 49 points last week as it defeated the Lakers.
